We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Danbury, CT so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Surgical Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement
Our office appreciates your business and is committed to providing you with exceptional care. Your surgery deserves the utmost attention, in which we provide a dedicated team to solely focus on your needs, which is currently offered on Fridays. Due to the nature of our surgical schedule, we require all patients to provide a down payment in order to reserve a date on our schedule. We ask that our patients provide us with a minimum of five (5) days advanced notice regarding any changes or cancellations. When a patient cancels without providing sufficient notice, they prevent another patient from being scheduled. Our office will reserve a 15% non-refundable administrative fee from the down payment.
Please call us at (203) 587-7999 by 2:00 p.m. five (5) days prior to your re-schedule your surgical appointment.
*If prior notification is not given within our allowed timeframe, a $100 re-scheduling fee will be added to your next appointment.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. AJ Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most dental insurance plans. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call our office at (203) 587-7999 or email us at email@example.com.
- We reserve the right to charge for canceled appointments without 24 hours advanced notice!
For your convenience, we are pleased to accept Care Credit as a financing option (subjected to credit approval). Please call our office and talk to one of our friendly receptionists to know more about it, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have designated parking available in the back of Empress Building. Our parking signs are in red, and it reads ‘AJ Dental Group, PC Parking. Reserved for Patients Only.’ Please be advised that your car will get towed at your own expense if parked elsewhere rather than in front of our parking signs.
